This course is aimed at the Headteacher and Chair of Governors attending as a pair.
The significance of governance at all times, but particularly when a school is inspected, cannot be over stated. The working relationship between the head/principal and the chair of governors is crucial in facilitating effective governance based on clarity around professional boundaries.
