Headteachers Residential Conference – “Authentic leadership: how to stay true to self in the face of other voices and pressures”

3rd Mar 2021 to 05/03/2021 Haven Hotel, Poole Course Fees: £430 per person (a cancellation fee of £100 will be charged if you cancel after 1 February 2021 and you will be charged the full amount if you cancel after 9 February 2021). An invoice will be sent to the school.

We will explore:

  • What it means to be authentic as a leader
  • Staying true to your school’s distinctively Christian vision
  • Staying true to yourself and your values in leadership
  • What it means to live your vision through curriculum design and teaching and learning

 

Speakers include: 

  • Allana Gay, headteacher and co-founder of the BAMEed network
  • Dame Alison Peacock from the Chartered College of Teaching
  • Carolyn Lewis, Diocesan Director of Education in the Leicester Diocese
  • Carolyn Roberts of the Ethical Leadership Commission
