Resolving Parental Complaints (Governors only) – registration is now closed
This course is aimed at Governors only.
From time to time schools receive complaints from parents and others on a range of issues. Usually these are quickly resolved by school leaders, but occasionally become protracted and involve an appeal to governors. By the end of this session, participants will have a better understanding of the principles of and good practice in responding to complaints; will understand the governing body’s role; and will be better equipped to participate in a fair complaints procedure.
