Resolving Complaints (Governors only)

This course is aimed at Governors only.

From time to time schools receive complaints from parents and others on a range of issues. Usually these are quickly resolved, but occasionally become protracted and distressing.  By the end of this session participants will have a better understanding of the principles of and good practice in responding to complaints; will understand the governing body’s role and be better equipped to participate in a fair complaints procedure.
