We need a proactive, effective and positive Administrative Assistant who will support the efficient running of the office. You will be at the centre of the school’s administration ensuring all our staff, parents, outreach workers, visiting professionals and pupils have their queries and other needs met appropriately. You will get to know families and will follow up on any attendance issues, liaising with outside agencies as required.

You will need to enjoy interacting with a large number of people and keep a cool head when the phone starts ringing and the queues start building, to ensure that priorities are met.

Confidence in using a range of computer packages is essential including Word, Excel and Publisher. Knowledge of SIMS is desirable but training can be provided for a quick learner.
