Reports to: Chair of Governors/Principal
Salary: £18-£25 per hour (including holiday pay) depending on experience, Term time only

 

The Clerk to the Governing Body will provide high quality administrative and organisational support including the preparation of accurate and fair minutes throughout the year, and maintaining the Governing Body’s administrative and organisational records and papers. Training and support will be provided as required.

The clerk to governors will:

  • Support the governing body of our school
  • Prepare and distribute the agenda/minutes
  • Attend meetings of the Governing Body
  • Deal with general correspondence
  • Maintain records of attendance and meetings etc.
