Contract type-  Full Time, Permanent– 36 Hrs a week

We are opening the ‘Little Engineer Nursery’ within the Tottenham Hale village. The Hale Village is a purpose built development with a diverse community and local amenities close to the excellent transport links. This satellite nursery will be part of our three school Early Years team and the professional network. You will work closely with our Nursery Manager and experienced Leader of Early Years to give children the best start in their learning.

Our nursery will be in a purpose built and carefully designed new building, equipped with the best resources.

This is an exciting time to join us as we are part of the Tottenham Hale Village, working closely with St Francis Church, the Engine Room community centre.

You will:

  • Undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
  • Work under the instruction/guidance of senior/teaching staff to support the delivery of quality learning and teaching and to help raise standards of achievement for all pupils.
  • Have a thorough understanding of EYFS.
  • Have a commitment to helping young children love learning
  • Have an excellent understanding of what an outstanding nursery provision looks like
  • Dedicated to making a difference to the lives of our pupils
  • Be a strong communicator with children, parents and staff
  • Be a positive, clear role model and a willing team player
