A teacher who is keen to achieve personal excellence through the provision of outstanding teaching and learning: she/he must have high expectations of achievement and behaviour with proven success in pupil progress – she/he must be able to work effectively within a team – she/he should preferably have experience with planning and teaching in KS2.
