School Administrative Officer

Salary Range: Scale 5

Hours per week: 27.5 (8:00am to 2:15pm – 45 min lunch)

Weeks per annum: 39 weeks

We are recruiting a new School Admin Officer for St Richard’s Church of England Primary School, who will take up the post in September 2017.

St Richard’s CE Primary School opened in January 2015. We are a one form entry, voluntary aided, Church of England primary school situated on the edge of the London Borough of Hounslow. We have spacious modern buildings and ground, serving a diverse community. We have an attached Nursery and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) unit.

This position requires a highly organised, flexible and motivated individual, who is confident and able to handle school data and take on a variety of administrative duties. As a first point of contact for visitors and callers you must be able to represent the values of the school. You must be motivated, enthusiastic and be able to work with and support a diverse range of people.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work using your initiative and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
