Salary Scale: SC6 18 – 20; pro rata salary £29,125– £30,038
Contract Term: Permanent
Hours: 36 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm, Term time only plus 1 week (summer holidays)
Report to: Head of School
Start date: ASAP
We are a one-form entry school within a medium-sized and growing Academy Trust that has a strong commitment to learning and children.
We are looking to appoint a highly experienced and skilled School Administrator to join our friendly staff. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with extensive experience in school administration. The post holder will also be able to meet the requirements outlined in the person specification, pro-actively engage with the leadership team and communicate effectively, while managing multiple deadlines.
You will be primarily based at St Ann’s School, but may be required to work at other schools within the Trust if the need arises.

- Ensure that business and HR process are followed and completed.
- Work well in a team and able to provide a wide range of support
- Undertake full clerking duties to the Local Academy Committees
- Plan, develop and implement PR strategies for the school
- Work closely with and maintain positive relationships with our Local Academy Committees and external stakeholders.
